What fee or percentage do you take?

To keep it simple...we take none!

You keep all the rent, we do not take a cent of it. The reason it works out for the both of us is you get your rent on-time and untouched; we collect the remaining amounts over the rent that was agreed upon. Short term rentals equals guests willing to pay a premium for shorter stays. 

How do you know who goes in and out of the property?

Security is the pinnacle of this business. With your consent, exterior Wi-Fi enabled security cameras will be installed to help ensure that guests are not accompanied by any unwarranted individuals.

Is my rent guaranteed?

Our cost of doing business is your rent. Our business signs your lease and we also personally guarantee you the agreed upon rent. Your relationship is vital to us, it’s the foundation of our business. Our goal is to be the last tenants you’ll ever need.

How do you screen guests? Any criteria? 

The platforms we utilize run background checks and ID verification. Once the information is received, it is given to us so we can decide which visitors are exceptional. In addition to the background check and ID verification, guests are questioned on the reasoning for their visit. With our companies reputation always at stake, we do everything we can to ensure a safe and professional experience for you, our guests, and us! 

How long does each guest stay?

Guest stays range from five days to several months, often influenced by seasonality and occupation. Some city regulations only allow stays up to 30 days per tenant. Whatever the case may be, we do the back end work to make sure we are operating by the book no matter the area. 

Do you utilize platforms like Airbnb?

Yes we do!

Airbnb is our best friend in this business. Airbnb to us is just an OTA platform (Online Travel Agency) which is used as the middle man between our business and our guests. The target market for properties we utilize include corporate travelers, traveling nurses, tourists, and other business or work travelers that are always screened before they step foot in the door.
